Im mostly interested in the upstream capabilities since this is what is important for streaming.

For new streaming crews this is a good way to see if your connection will be capable. Basically if your upstream has a minimum of 128 kbps you should be able to stream at 96 kbps without any skips (you need some bandwidth left available).

7.02 Mbps when downloading,
2.86 Mbps when uploading..
